2008-2009 BCC Calendar (updated 08/02/08)
August 25th- BCC Family Orientation night
- Camerata Orientation 5:30pm FBC Music Suite. (Parents and singers attend.)
- Cantus Orientation 6:30 pm FBC Music Suite. (Parents and singers attend.)
- ALL TUITION/UNIFORM FEES ARE DUE unless you have contacted Jamie Cornett, our financial director, (jamielcornett@gmail.com) (479) 871-0762 to arrange a payment plan.
September 1st- NO REHEARSAL (Labor Day)
September 8th- First rehearsal 5:00pm-6:15 Camerata, 6:30pm-8:00 Cantus
September 27th- BCC Fall Retreat 9am-3pm Central United Methodist Church Rogers, AR
October 16th- BCC FALL CONCERT 7:00pm Central United Methodist Church Rogers, AR (singers need to arrive by 6pm for closed dress rehearsal/sound check)
November 17th- This week singers will be invited to Mrs. Cornett's house!
November 22nd- Camerata only will perform at The Lighting of the Square in Bentonville. 5pm
November 24th- No Rehearsal Thanksgiving Break
Dec. 11-12-13th Cantus performs at JBU Candlelight Service in Siloam Springs. (**Dec. 10th- Dress Rehearsal)
December 13th- Camerata Winter Concert 2:00pm Bentonvile Public Library Performance Venue (singers need to arrive by 1pm for closed dress rehearsal/sound check)
December 15th- No Rehearsal until January 5th (winter break)
April 17-19th- Spring Tour Dates for Cantus. Kansas City Choral Festival (detailed itinerary coming soon)
April 25th- BCC Spring Concert Arend Arts Center, Bentonville. 2:00pm (Singers need to arrive by 1pm for closed dress rehearsal/sound check.)
April 27th- Last rehearsal for the 2008-2009 season
